Hayabusa powered SMART

Being that motorcycle engines are so efficient for their size (in both power and fuel consumption), I wonder why they are not being used in production compact cars. The stock SMART has a wimpy 70hp engine. While the boosa is 160hp+ and can relatively easily be brought well over 400-500hp with turbos and NOS. Here is a Hayaboosa engine powered SMART. Probably some upgraded brakes as you’ll see.
